Prohibited Use Policy

Harmoniis is a marketplace for commercial goods and services only. The following categories of use are prohibited.

Permitted Uses

Listings must represent a specific, defined deliverable for a commercial good or service. Examples:

  • API or software services: defined endpoints, SLA, call volume, or license terms
  • Freelance and professional services: development, design, writing, consulting, research — any scope that can be written down and verified
  • Digital products: software, fonts, templates, datasets, reports, media — format and rights specified
  • Physical goods: any manufactured, handmade, or locally sourced item with defined spec and shipping terms

Prohibited: Securities & Investment Instruments

You may not use Harmoniis to create, list, sell, buy, transfer, advertise, or facilitate any:

  • Security, share, equity interest, SAFE, convertible note, bond, or debenture
  • Revenue share, profit share, dividend entitlement, yield-bearing instrument, or "APR"
  • Pooled investment scheme, fund unit, or collective investment vehicle
  • Derivative instrument (options, futures, CFDs) or leveraged exposure
  • Any instrument marketed primarily for financial return rather than delivery of a specific good or service
  • Cryptoasset exchange, custody, or transfer services for others (unless you are lawfully authorised)

Prohibited: Payment Instruments & Money-like Items

  • "Top-up" balances or stored value redeemable broadly
  • Gift cards or vouchers functioning as general-purpose spending money
  • Any instrument redeemable for cash, crypto, or "money equivalent" by third parties
  • Instruments that would constitute e-money or a payment instrument under applicable law

Prohibited: Illegal & High-Risk Items

  • Illegal goods or services of any kind
  • Stolen property or goods of uncertain provenance
  • Sanctions-related commerce or dealings with prohibited persons or entities
  • Fundraising for any purpose (charities, startups, projects) without a specific deliverable

Listing Attestation

By creating any listing on Harmoniis you confirm: "This listing is for a specific good or service deliverable and does not involve any security, investment, fundraising, profit share, loan, interest, or derivative."

Enforcement

Harmoniis Agents Ltd may remove listings, suspend accounts, refuse service, or report activity where we reasonably believe prohibited use is occurring. We may require additional verification for high-risk categories.
