Harmonia subagents can drive CLIs
Harmonia orchestrates tasks using its own managed LLM budget. When a programming task is needed, Harmonia spawns subagents that drive CLI tools like Claude Code, Codex, and others — using them as they were intended, for programming tasks. This does not violate their Terms of Service because Harmonia does not use their subscriptions for its own orchestration. The subagents use the CLI tools normally; Harmonia handles orchestration separately.
